Great ideas don't drive results. Execution does.
I help leaders turn opportunities into action by creating clarity, aligning teams, and keeping strategic work moving forward.
Whether you're managing growth, navigating change, or balancing competing priorities, I bring structure, organization, and accountability so your team can execute with confidence.
With more than 16 years supporting leaders at Microsoft, Meta, and other global organizations, I partner with executives to improve communication, remove roadblocks, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure important work gets done.
You stay focused on leading. I help make sure the work moves forward.
STRATEGIC COLLABORATION
Your team is managing more priorities than it has capacity to execute. I partner with leaders and subject matter experts to coordinate strategic initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and keep important work moving forward.
I work across Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Operations to maintain momentum through organizational change and ensure consistent communication with employees, customers, and executive stakeholders.
I support executive leaders with planning, prioritization, meeting preparation, decision tracking, and follow-through. I develop executive messaging, presentations, newsletters, intranet and website content, and social media that keep teams informed, aligned, and focused on shared priorities.
HOW IT WORKS
We align on scope and fit
You share your team, priorities, and current challenges. Together, we define the scope, desired outcomes, and how I'll support your team.

We get everything in place

Business and professional insurance
Standard contract review and negotiation
Ongoing SupplierWeb profile updates
Your Executive Business Administrator (EBA) or Business Manager will coordinate purchase order (PO) creation, approvals, invoicing, and other engagement logistics.
